Cognac Summit
What you need
- 1 lime peel
- 4 thin slices for fresh ginger
- 40 ml (1.5 oz) VSOP Cognac
- 60 ml (2 oz) traditional lemonade
- 1 long piece cucumber peel
- 4 or 5 ice cubes
How To
- Place the lime zest and ginger slices in the glass
- Pour in 20 ml of VSOP cognac
- Lightly press the lime and ginger 2-3 times using a muddler to release the juice
- Fill the glass halfway with ice
- Stir well with a spoon for 5 seconds
- Pour rest of the VSOP cognac (20 ml)
- Add 60 ml of lemonade and cucumber peel
- Stir again for 5 seconds
Champagne Cup
What you need
- 1/2 oz White Curacao liqueur
- 1/2 oz cognac
- 10 oz Champagne
How To
- Pour the white wine and cognac into a wine glass
- Add couple ice cubes and fill it with champagne
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of orange
Bonaparte Velvet
What you need
- 1 oz Mandarine Napoleon® orange liqueur
- 1 oz cognac
- 1 tsp Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
- 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream
How To
- Add some ice in a highball glass
- Put the ingredients together and blend well
- Garnish with an orange slice
- Make sure to serve it with straw
Cognac Sour
What you need
- 40 ml (1.5 oz) VSOP cognac
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) cane sugar syrup
- 5 or 6 ice cubes
How To
- Place the ice cubes in the shaker
- Pour cognac, lemon juice and cane sugar syrup into the shaker
- Close the shaker and shake well until it is frosted
- Place a few ice cubes in the glass and pour in using a strainer
East India
What you need
- 35 ml VSOP cognac
- 35 ml fresh pineapple juice
- 5 ml orange curacao
- 2 or 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 5 or 6 ice cubes
- 1 orange slice
How To
- Place the ice cubes in the shaker
- Pour cognac, pineapple juice, orange curacao and Angostura bitters.
- Close the shaker and shake really well
- Garnish the drink with an orange slice
Sidecar
What you need
- 20 ml VSOP cognac
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml triple sec
- 1 orange peel
- 5 or 6 ice cubes
How To
- Place the ice cube in the shaker
- Pour the cognac, lemon juice and triple sec
- Close the shaker and shake it really well
- Pour in a glass using a strainer
- Press the orange peel over the drink
